The company does an admirable effort in promoting and encouraging women in a field that is overwhelmingly male, although a male bias is still present in some sectors. Its employees are very ethnically diverse and (to my knowledge) there is no discrimination on lines of ethnicity or gender with regards to retention or promotion.

I'm not very familiar with the issues mentioned in the question, but as far as I know, there is no gender discrimination or racism in IMC. Many of us come from different backgrounds and are still getting along well with each other as well.

Recruitment is mainly based on skills. No hard requirement on residential status.

I think IMC advertises its job opportunities in various platforms and public events, which help diversify the range of applications. I believe IMC cares more about an applicant's capability to fulfil their roles and to keep the company's values and culture rather than their background.
