About the Role
Graduate Physiotherapists at National 360 provide services to assist persons presenting with a range of needs including physical and intellectual disabilities, mental health, and neurological disorders. Working across the NDIS, Aged Care and insurance sectors, Graduate Physiotherapists provide services in the home, clinic, and community settings, completing initial assessments, therapeutic intervention programs and reporting.
When you join National 360, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, increasing your understanding of holistic approaches to therapy. With a unique supervision structure, you can choose to work in a generalist capacity or work towards specialising in one or more of the following areas:

We are committed to providing our team with a learning environment that focuses on continuous development and team-based approaches to therapy. We employ one therapist in a supervisory capacity for every three therapists who do not supervise, ensuring that every therapist receives individualised coaching and supervision to increase their skills and confidence. Our unique Clinical Practice Advisor structure ensures that our therapists receive high-quality, specialised advice to assist in the management of a diverse caseload. This means you have weekly access to specialist clinical practice support.
In addition to internal learning opportunities, Graduate Therapists are provided with paid study/conference/seminar leave as well as generous financial contributions to engage in external learning.
