What is the Vacation Program?

Start building your network and skills that will give you the future you want through the PwC Vacation Program!

If you're in your second last (penultimate) year of graduate or postgraduate studies, this program is designed for you. The program runs over four to eight weeks (length will vary across our offices) and includes full-time work experience during the university break.

Your Future Team

In the Tax Innovation & Reporting team, you’ll find yourself in a culture that values curiosity, collaboration and critical thinking. Alongside your peers, you’ll create solutions for problems like navigating through the changing Tax landscape or improving our client's tax accounting processes. You'll use problem-solving, integrity and a growth mindset to make an impact across various industries. Along the way, you’ll build relationships and skills to set you up for a lifetime of success.

What will a normal day look like?

• Assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, and building trusted  relationships
• Apply leading-edge finance and tax technology to enhance the processes of our clients as well as our own, with a particular focus on data transformation and visualisation
• Assist clients with automating and improving their tax accounting processes through technology and process improvement

As a graduate in Tax Innovation & Reporting, you’ll need to be studying a degree in Commerce, Law, Accounting or Information Technology. You’ll also need to be either an AU citizen, NZ citizen, AU Permanent Resident or an international student with a work rights visa.

Anticipated start dates vary based on the cohort:

• Cohort 1: 25 Nov 2024 - 20 Dec 2024
• Cohort 2: 13 Jan 2025 - 7 Feb 2025
• Cohort 3: 25 Nov 2024 - 7 Feb 2025
