In 2023 we will kick off our 12-month Graduate program. The program comprises three 4-month rotations giving you the opportunity to experience 3 different business areas at RACV. You’ll manage and contribute to significant and meaningful projects whilst expanding your skills, challenging yourself and taking momentous steps in building your career. You will be supported through a structured learning and development program, formal rotations, mentor programs, various on the job activities, and networking opportunities.
