  • Starting salary of $74,000 inclusive of superannuation
  • 7 graduate specific learning modules facilitated by our learning team to help you acclimatise to corporate life.
  • Exposure to senior leaders, through meet & greet sessions tailored to the graduate program.
  • A capstone project where you will get to work with other graduates on a business problem & present your recommendations to senior leaders.

About the Opportunity  
Commencing in February 2024, we have multiple positions in our member experience stream & offers three rotations across various parts of our membership business.

Rotations may include areas such as: 

  • Member engagement – contact centre and retail stores.
  • Workforce planning
  • Business planning & Analytics
  • Roadside Assistance
  • Omni channel
  • Service, Sales & more!

You will be supported through a structured learning and development program including, formal rotations, mentors & various on the job activities!

What you’ll need to be successful  

At RACV, we understand that everyone is unique and has a different background. To be considered for our program you will need;

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline
  • Completed studies within the last 2 years
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong relationship builder and team player
  • Eagerness to learn and grow with a reputable member focused organisation.
  • Previous work experience in a similar field advantageous but not mandatory
