As a Corporate Finance Graduate at RSM, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the preparation of valuations, assignment file administration and management and capital raising including preparation of Independent Account’s Report. You will also have the opportunity to undertake financial modelling and forecasting, financial investigation and due diligence, and much more!

• Mergers, acquisitions and business development 
• Transaction support and due diligence 
• Capital market support 
• Valuation and expert reports 
• Litigation support and forensic investigation 
• Financial model construction and review 
• Family law 
• Source information from a variety of platforms and produce clint ready reports 
• Conduct trend analysis, make pitch documents and other forms of market research 
• Present work in a client facing capacity 

About You: 

• You are currently studying towards or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting 
• Integrity is one of your core values, and you hold yourself and those you work with to a high standard of professionalism and mutual respect 
• You are a motivated individual that holds an interest in Corporate Finance 
• Possess a strong passion and an exceptional willingness to learn 
• Able to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues 
• You are a self-starter and a team player, and you can bring your unique skills and ideas to the table 
• You possess a can-do attitude, exceptional resilience, and a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development

• Capable of presenting information to the client in a Power BI format
