Your role

As a Business Development Graduate, your role will be to work with the Public Market Unit team on identifying, mapping, and engaging with Public Health Units. They will support proposing a strategic plan to pilot a medically based / commercial engagement with each entity. The Graduate will also gain an opportunity to work with other commercial, marketing, and/or medical colleagues in engaging and developing these opportunities.

Other priorities in this role include:

  • New avenue for NIP communication for Beyfortus
  • A clearer picture of school vaccination programs for MenQuadfi and Adacel
  • Higher use of CCBAT results in a lower workload for the Customer Engagement team
  • Dedicated resources to prepare the CDIC meeting for public health nurses and doctors (working at PHUs)
  • Continued work on the HCW flu vaccination market

About you

Here's what Sanofi is looking for in this role: 

  • Have an interest in health and Science and completed an undergraduate degree in the areas of Science or Pharmacy with a Major in Business and Commerce, from a recognised tertiary institution.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Strong commercial and business acumen.
  • An innate interest in human interaction (as it is potentially a customer-interfacing job).
  • An ability to build bridges in complex matrix environments, both internal and external.
  • A proven track record of overcoming challenges and demonstrating resilience.
  • Ability & willingness to travel to PHUs(within Australia).
  • Graduates who have some medical background and/or experience working with a pharmaceutical company will be highly regarded.
  • A combined business and science degree will be an advantage in this role.
