We're looking to hire experienced professionals to work for Visagio Australia full-time in assisting with designing, developing and implementing software and technology solutions to achieve customer satisfaction and the efficient use of organisations' resources.

This application process consists of two phases: online test/video questions and interviews.

Online test
The test is composed of questions that follow the GMAT format, which requires critical reasoning and logical analysis, as well as business case questions. 

Video Questions
Visagio will ask candidates to upload a video answering pre-determined hrquestions as a part of the online test. Videos are reviewed alongside resume and university transcript as a part of our screening process.

Online / In-person interviews
Successful applicants will each be interviewed for 50 minutes by Visagio partners and consultants. Approved candidates typically start soon after the recruitment process is finished.

TIP: Good communication skills help you stand out and share your ideas clearly with interviewers. Demonstrating an interest in the company and understanding our core values will also put you a step ahead.

Position summary:
- Development, improvement, documentation, testing, execution, installation, and maintenance of software applications to meet clients' system requirements.
- Offering guidance and technical expertise for software design activities, including cost feasibility and recommendations for software purchases and upgrades and submitting proposals.
- Consulting with stakeholders to evaluate system program needs.
- Creating operational procedures and end-user documentation.

Skills & experience required:
- Degree Qualification in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline, OR 3+ years of experience with Software Development if holding a different qualification.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Oral and written).
- Strong analytical thinking and passion for problem-solving.
- Strong learning capability.

Desired knowledge:
- Solid experience in full-stack development for the web, preferably using C# or Java and/or JavaScript, CSS & HTML.
- SQL and database modelling.
- Experience working with Agile Methodology Version Control.
