Diversity has a little ways to go but you can see they are making an effort in the lower ranks which will flow to the future. However, in higher management it is still clear that the majority are old white men.

Massive dedication to increasing and supporting diveristy in the workplace. There are countless inaiitives to help celebrate and support various diverse groups. Good representation of diversity in senior leadership however there is always the opportunity to do better.

There are a number of employee action groups that are aimed at ensuring diversity on every front is present and communicated within the bank. Additionally, diversity is a key metric for Bank success, and is kept at the forefront of the Banks senior, fortnightly updates.

Not enough. I have not seen anything targeting this in particular and we could do a lot better in this area.

Not too sure - I can say that I did not go to a privileged university myself and have made it into their graduate program. I do know they have a "blind interview" process that helps take away any bias for schools attended/places worked/etc.

Westpac's internal and external communications consistently highlight their desire to ensure that everyone should have opportunity to apply for a role at Westpac, and this was highlighted strongly throughout my recruiting process to ensure that someone wasn't missing an opportunity due to poor conditions or accessibility issues.
