Corporate Social Responsibility
We have been involved in a lot of food/toy collections as well as volunteer days. If there is something related to CSR that we want to be involved in, we are able to bring it up with our managers and take ownership of implementing and planning the event.

Culture
Fuse is a very open and social workplace, with each day feeling as though you're going to work with your friends. There are a lot of social events, such as weekly lunches and Friday drinks as well as other events such as paint and wine nights, lawn bowls and go-karting. Everyone is always more than ready to offer a helping hand.

Each day is incredibly varied with no two days being the same. You can be purely focused on creating automated emails one day and then the next will be spent on social media scheduling and content creation or blog writing.

Management
The managers at Fuse are all very accessible and easy to get a hold of! We have a monthly review where we go over our progress from the previous month and have a chance to offer and receive feedback which is a great way of discussing any challenges/issues we've been having.

Office Work Environment
The company's office is a nice open space with a lot of natural lighting. We have access to a balcony with tables/chairs and there is also an area with couches and arm chairs. We have access to ovens, microwaves and other cooking applications so can easily bring food from home, however, the location is also ideal as we are located off of a main street that has plenty of food options as well as being close to various types of public transport. The dress code is smart-casual and we have casual Fridays.

I initially had a phone call with my manager and was then invited to have an interview where I could meet the rest of the team. After this, I was sent a blog topic to work on and a link to complete some skills and psychometric testing.

Training
When I started I had a very cohesive training plan in place and the team was so supportive and patient throughout the induction stage. In the marketing team, we've also been given 2 hours a week to work on continuing our training and development and have access to a wide range of courses for us to work through.
