  • Being surrounded by like minded people.
  • The work environment. It is welcoming and there is a great deal of focus placed on upskilling and progressing myself as an integral part of the business.

  • Great people, great clients, always room to move forward
  • I can think of nothing negative.
  • Traffic can sometimes be annoying. But my company is hardly to blame for that!
  • Due to COVID at times, there has not been a clear plan on how I will be trained and what role I have in the business

Diversity
We have quite a diverse range of ages, ethnicities, sexualities and genders in our office. As mentioned earlier, we have a few working mothers who are in the office part-time, as well as a few who work remotely. I believe that our low staff-turnover is helped by the openness and diversity of our office.
