About the Graduate Program

The Graduate Program provides you with the experience, supervision, mentoring and training necessary to make a meaningful contribution to Nova and determine your own career pathway.

The Graduate Program provides:

• A permanent role with Nova Systems
• Structured rotations across different parts of the business

What you will be involved in: 

Graduates in the Maritime & Land stream are involved in projects including:

• LAND400 Phase 2 & 3 – Next Generation Armoured Fighting Vehicles
• Air Warfare Destroyer test and evaluation
• Virtual reality soldier training system upgrade
• Assessment of new explosive ordnance for use in Australian Defence Force service, and assessment of Build Standard Changes to ensure EO remains safe for use.

What we would expect from you:

We are seeking a personable individual with the following experience/skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Aerospace/Aeronautical, Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical or Mechatronics majors preferred).
• Australian Citizenship with a current AGSVA clearance (or the ability to obtain a security clearance at the appropriate level).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent client management/stakeholder engagement skills.
• Be a team player with a can-do attitude.
