Embracing diversity and inclusion is important to the success of the bank, its people, partners, customers and communities.

Rural Bank aims to create a safe, inclusive and empowering environment for its LGBTQI employees.

The BEN Pride Network, Kaleidoscope, was formed in 2017 and continues to gain new members. The group aims to create a safe, inclusive and empowering environment for LGBTQI+ employees, customers and communities.

UniSQ acknowledges the Giabal and Jarowair peoples of the Toowoomba area, the Jagera, Yuggera and Ugarapul peoples of Ipswich and Springfield, the Kambuwal peoples of Stanthorpe and the Gadigal peoples of the Eora nation, Sydney as the keepers of ancient knowledge where UniSQ campuses and hubs have been built and whose cultures and customs continue to nurture this land. UniSQ also pays respect to Elders – past, present and future.
