How do I get into the Telstra graduate or internship program?

Answer: All applications for the Telstra internship and graduate program begin with an online application.

Applications for Telstra's graduate program close on the 4th of April, 2022.

Telstra's internship program will open in July.

Once you've submitted your application and provided you meet the eligibility criteria, you will be sent a HireVue questionnaire, where you will record your answers to some questions. You will also be prompted to do some cognitive and online type assessments.

Once those have been completed, we will assess the results begin shortlisting and running an interview scheduling process. 

If you are successful in this round, you will have a final interview with a hiring manager.

You should receive a final outcome within 48 hours of your interview with your hiring manager.

Eligibility for our programs:

• Internships: you should be in your second last year of your studies
• Graduate program: you should be in your final year of study or have graduated less than 3 years ago.
